flex/extens balancing with reaching up 10 am

balancing extensors and flexors of spine while reaching up —-helps to improve function and flexibility of torso .  Most people these days sit for long periods and have created a holding pattern of pulling in their front into flexion. this means the back muscles have to work harder to counteract this pattern and this can cause chronic back problems . This lesson helps to let go of the holding pattern and body can feel more relaxed and less lower back and neck pain
