From our habitual sitting in chairs we have come to lose the ability to balance front and back of our torso —many of us are permanently locked in a slightly stooped forward position and this puts enormous strain on our back .

this lesson starts the process of learning to use your core better—-you can’t do that if you can’t feel what you are doing —very easy lesson but full of stuff to learn
